Filming & Photography
When you enter a Praise Family Church® (“PFC”) event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by PFC and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar PFC events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of PFC. You release PFC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by PFC or the person or entity designated to do so by PFC.
Praise Kids Wellness Policy
To ensure the health and safety of children and volunteers, sick children should not attend Praise Kids. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that a child should not leave home if they exhibit ANY of the following symptoms: fever, vomiting or diarrhea (within 24 hours), any system of childhood disease, common cold, unexplained rashes, skin infections, pink eye, lice. Thanks for helping make it safe for everyone.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats or poultry may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Praise Family Church® (“PFC”) does not assume liability for adverse reactions of foods consumed. By entering this event or program you hereby release PFC from any and all responsibility or liability for any injury or illness resulting from consumption of any food or beverages consumed at the event or program. By entering these premises, you release PFC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with consuming any food or beverage.
Risk of Injury
By participating in any event or program organized by Praise Family Church® (“PFC”) you release PFC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with bodily injury, death and or property loss that you may suffer as a result of participating. All games, activities, programs and events are at AT YOUR OWN RISK. When you participate you acknowledge that you have the necessary abilities, skills and knowledge to participate. You WAVE, RELEASE AND RELINQUISH all claims, demands, rights and action damages, liabilities and controversies of every kind, known and unknown, present and future against PFC.
Praise Family Church® services and programs may utilize flashing lights which may affect individuals who are susceptible to photo sensitive epilepsy or other conditions.
Praise Family Church® is committed to protecting the privacy of our members and guests. The personal information you share with us will be used to support the administration and management of ministries, delivery of services and maintaining programs offered by the church and our affiliates. We protect the personal information and adhere to all legislative requirements with respect to protecting privacy. We will never sell your personal information to an outside party.
