PFC is launching into the Christmas season with the Grand Lighting of the Lights at PFC. Join us on November 24th at 6 PM, as we flip the switch on our thousands and thousands of Christmas lights. Dave’s Fair Foods will be there, and you’ll be able to take a train ride through the lights.

As our name implies, Praise Family Church is all about family. That’s why on December 22, we’re combining every age group and both of our Sunday services into One Family Service at 10 am.

From March 3rd to 8th, we’re having PFC Sail Away 2025. If you haven’t heard of the Sail Away before, it’s when we invite the entire PFC family to go on a cruise during the week of Mardi Gras.
PFC Youth is celebrating Thanksgiving with a family-style feast on Wednesday, November 20th at 6:30 pm. That’s right—a free Thanksgiving dinner for every PFC Youth student in attendance. If you’re a PFC Youth student, don’t miss out on Friendsgiving.
PFC Men will provide the sides, and you’ll bring whatever meat you want to grill.

If you’re 50 or older, PFC Grands is a ministry designed just for you. Once a month, they have their Thursday Classic. This is a special service with music, a message, and a free meal afterward. No sign up is necessary!
On Sunday, November 3, after second service, PFC Young Adults is going to the Greater Gulf State Fair!

This autumn carnival is free to attend, so bring the whole neighborhood!
One of the best ways you can get involved in our new outreach, PFC Fall Fest, is by participating in the Trunk-or-Treat portion of the event.
PFC Dance has their first rehearsal on October 27th, after second service. PFC Dance is a new ministry for girls ages 7 & up, and there’s no cost to join.
Rehearsals will take place on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, and they’ll be preparing for a Christmas performance.
Tickets for this catered event are $15 plus an 18% gratuity. We’ll even have childcare available for children 5th grade and below for only $5 per child, so there’s no excuse for you not to be there.
We only have the space to seat 200 people at this banquet, so it’s crucial you get your ticket as soon as possible if you want to guarantee your spot.

Every Wednesday night, our volunteers serve a meal to the students who attend PFC Youth through our Bus Ministry. Now, we’re expanding this ministry to allow any PFC Youth student who is here by 5:30 pm to enjoy a free meal.
This means we need you, and there are multiple ways you can get involved.
PFC Men will be participating in the Alabama Men’s Encounter on September 19 to 21. The cost is only $175, and this trip to Springville Camp and Conference Center will have all kinds of activities like a golf tournament, grill competition, skeet shooting, swimming, ziplining, and more.
Sign up with a $100 deposit by September 1.

PFC Ladies will be attending the Engage Fall Retreat in Springville, Alabama on September 12 - 14. If you’re an adult woman, this is the perfect chance for you to get connected with PFC Ladies. The deadline to sign up is August 14, and you can reserve your spot today with a $90 deposit.
In addition to supporting missionaries all over the world, our church also organizes Global Expeditions which are opportunities for you to experience missions work firsthand.
Our next Global Expedition is for PFC Men who will be going to South Africa this September to do some important construction work.
